Dealership Update on COVID-19

We are committed to customer safety and satisfaction

First and foremost, we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, we are taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting customers' needs.

Our dealership's management team continues to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidelines and recommendations on how we can prevent the spread of this virus. 

Among the steps we have taken to mitigate risk in our dealerships:

  • Right now, our physical showroom and sales department are open by appointment only until further notice. We have taken this step to reduce person-to-person contact as much as possible. We do our best to ensure all vehicle information is presented clearly and concisely online so that customers can feel comfort knowing that what they see is what they get, including the price advertised.
  • We have installed hand sanitizer stations abundantly throughout each of our dealerships, so that they are no more than a few steps from any customer or employee.
  • We are sanitizing all customer and employee areas constantly to reduce any possible risk as much as possible.
  • We have discontinued many of the amenities we normally enjoy providing our customers due to risk, such as snack areas, communal coffee areas, and complimentary beverage refrigerators.
  • We have provided antibacterial soap in all bathrooms, as well as hand sanitizers.
  • We are sanitizing each and every vehicle after they have been driven by an employee or customer including test drives and service loaner vehicles.
  • For any elderly or medically vulnerable individuals, we are providing pickup and drop off services of service vehicles.

As the situation continues to develop, we too will continue to make changes necessary to provide a seamless experience to our customers while keeping them safe.
